Elements of our video so far

We are using a certain element in our video that links to grime and hip-hop music. In Joram's verse in our song he is in a studio like room which is all black. As the camera changes to different angles, occasionally the filter turns to black and white and back to colour.

This is similar to 'Fire in the booth' which is where rappers from grime and hip hop will rap a freestyle for DJ Charlie Sloth on BBC1XTRA.

As you can see from Stormzy's fire in the booth at one shot we can see a coloured filter of him rapping but when the the shot turns to the side a desaturated filter appears and this keeps happening throughout the freestyle.

Our video relates to this because in Joram's scene in the black background when he does one of his base-tracks this element is similarly followed.
